As a Junior Commercial Property Manager at Matrix Innovation Centers, I support the Commercial Property Manager on a daily basis with the leasing process for office and laboratory spaces. My focus lies on leasing and acquisition, relationship management, tours and viewings. In this role, I actively contribute ideas, am approachable, and make sure things are clearly organized and well arranged. I place great value on a structured way of working, clear communication and a personal approach, so that tenants always know where they stand and feel welcome.
