The CheeTah detector is a high-end electron detector, used in TEM instruments for materials sciences (3D-electron diffraction, 4D-STEM) and life sciences (ultrafast ptychography). The TPX3CAM is an ultrafast optical data-driven time-resolved 2D detector, used in quantum sciences (observation of ions in Paul and Penning traps, study of Hong-Ou-Mandel interferences), neutron imaging and neutron diffraction and for ion imaging in mass spectrometry and molecular spectroscopy.
